Refund and Returns Policy – SG24Mart.com

At SG24Mart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies to all our core categories: Baby Products, Beauty, Car Accessories, Fitness, Gadgets, Home & Kitchen, and Pet Supplies.

  1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Beauty & Personal Care: Items such as creams, makeup, or health products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Perishable Goods: Any item with a limited shelf life.

  • Gift Cards or downloadable software.

  1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sg24mart.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or a video showing the damage or the wrong item received.

We will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

  1. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a "change of mind" or "wrong size/color ordered" by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sg24mart.com.
